1.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to infringe upon your rights or cause inconvenience.
1.2. Each game is designed for a team of 2 to 7 players. You will not be joined by other groups; your booking is for a private experience.
1.3. The trademarks and logos displayed on this website are the property of CREAM ENTERTAINMENT S.L. (“Prison Experience”). You are not permitted to use them without prior written consent, and any unauthorized use may constitute a violation of the rights of the respective owners.
1.4. These terms and any contract incorporating them shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
1.5. All contractual terms are included in or referred to within these Terms and Conditions.
1.6. We may link to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for their content. You access them at your own risk.
1.7. Prison Experience collects and stores your personal data and is committed to protecting your privacy. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
1.8. Due to the nature of the experience, photography or video recording inside the premises is not allowed.
1.9. During, before, or after the event, Prison Experience may record audiovisual content (e.g., audio, video, photographs) inside or outside the venue. Customers may appear in such materials, which may be used without limitation for promotional purposes.
1.10. Visitors and customers are expected not to disclose any game details to the public, directly or indirectly.
1.11. Prison Experience may occasionally contact you via email or phone with promotions or offers.
1.12. We reserve the right to charge guests for any intentional damage or misuse of props or facilities.
1.13. While on our premises, all guests must follow our rules and instructions. Proper conduct is expected at all times.
1.14. Harassment or intimidation of our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

2.1. The website www.prison-experience.com is owned and operated by Prison Experience. We reserve the right to update these terms or the website content at any time, without prior notice.
2.2. These terms apply to all users of our website. Please read them carefully before using the site.
2.3. We strive to ensure that all website content is accurate and up to date.
2.4. This website is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior permission.
2.5. You must not use this website for any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate purpose.
2.6. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data and payment information, we cannot guarantee full security on the Internet and accept no liability for breaches beyond our control.
2.7. Prison Experience is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits, data, or business disruption arising from use of the website.
BOOKINGS
3.1. Online bookings can only be made in English or Spanish.
3.2. Only individuals aged 15 and over may book a game.
3.3. It is your responsibility to check that all booking details are correct.
3.4. Bookings are only valid once confirmed by Prison Experience.
3.5. Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without prior consent. Please contact us in special circumstances.
3.6. Bookings may not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes. Any such use will result in cancellation without refund.
3.7. You are solely responsible for providing accurate personal details at the time of booking.
3.8. Booking confirmations will be sent by email only. We do not send confirmations by text or post.
3.9. Online bookings must be made a minimum number of hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, contact us directly.
3.10. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their booking without refund or rescheduling.
3.11. All bookings are final. As a live event, we do not offer changes, cancellations, or refunds. In exceptional cases where rescheduling is offered, an administrative fee will apply.
3.12. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, protests, or any unforeseen events. Please plan your journey accordingly.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1. Prices (including VAT) are listed on the booking section of our website.
4.2. Pricing varies depending on the number of players (2–7 people) and the day of the week.
4.3. Bookings can be made online or in person at the venue.
4.4. Payment can be made via Stripe, credit, or debit card.
4.5. Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.
4.6. As a live event, no refunds, cancellations, or changes are allowed once the booking is confirmed.
4.7. No refunds will be given if fewer people attend than originally booked.
4.8. If more people attend (up to the maximum of 7), the additional cost can be paid upon arrival.

SAFETY AND CONDUCT
6.1. All players will be briefed by a Game Master before the game begins. Players participate at their own risk. Prison Experience is not liable for injuries or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions.
6.2. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancelled booking with no refund.
6.3. Intoxicated guests (alcohol or drugs) will be refused entry. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who is unfit, abusive, or behaves inappropriately.
6.4. No food or drink is allowed in the reception or game rooms.
6.5. To enter, you may be required to confirm the name, phone number, and email used for booking and present ID and payment card.
6.6. Children under 12 are not allowed in the premises. Anyone under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
6.7. We ask that you arrive early, as waiting space is limited, and games must start on time.
6.8. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Lockers are available for personal belongings.
COPYRIGHT AND CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. All names, designs, and themes used in our marketing and on the premises are copyrighted by CREAM ENTERTAINMENT S.L. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7.2. All players agree not to share or disclose any information about the content of the games. Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.
CANCELLATION POLICY
8.1. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
