THE EXPERIENCE
What is the experience about?
An immersive escape room with live actors, entirely set in a high-security prison. Your goal: escape without being caught by the guards. You’ll interact with both guards and inmates, explore cells and other prison areas, and face challenges that demand creativity, quick thinking, and courage. Don’t worry—you’ll get some outside help once you’re inside.
How long does the experience last?
75 minutes from the moment you enter the facility, including the introduction.
How many players can be on each team?
2 to 8 players per team. One team corresponds to one game. If you have more than 8 players, you can reserve multiple games at once and play simultaneously.
Can different groups cross paths during the experience?
No. Each game has its own unique route and set of rooms. Groups playing different games won’t interact or meet during the session.
Can I play more than once?
Absolutely! We offer three different games, each taking place in a different area of the prison, with unique sets, challenges, and actors. Complete the Prison Experience trilogy to explore the entire facility.
What does interaction with actors involve?
Prison Experience is a fully immersive escape room that includes constant roleplay. Players must take on the role of inmates and stay in character throughout the game. This is especially important in the game “Cold Shower”, where interaction with actors is frequent and essential. To fully enjoy the experience, total immersion is required. Ignoring the actors or refusing to engage with the narrative will significantly diminish the experience. If you prefer a traditional, puzzle-based escape room with no roleplay, our games might not be the best fit for you.
Is this a horror escape room?
No, we’re an escape room with elements of suspense. There may be the occasional scare or a moment when players feel afraid, but it never reaches the intensity of a horror escape room. If you don’t want any scares or suspense at all, we recommend the game “The Cold Shower.”
Is there physical contact?
Very minimal. Small gestures – like a guard placing a hand on your shoulder – may occur, always in line with the prison storyline and ambiance. There is no grabbing, restraining, pushing, or immobilizing at any point.
Warning to people with photosensitivity
These games include flashing emergency lights that may be considered strobe-like. People with photosensitive epilepsy or other sensitivities to flashing lights should take this into account before booking.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Do we need to arrive early?
Yes – please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Games begin punctually to ensure smooth operation. If you arrive late, that time will be subtracted from your game. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled with no refund.
What’s the minimum age to play?
The recommended age is 15 and up, but the minimum is 12. Any group with players under 18 must include at least one adult. Groups made up only of minors will not be allowed to participate.
Do we need to wear any special clothing?
We recommend comfortable footwear and clothing that allows freedom of movement. Avoid heels, suits, or dresses.
Is the experience available in multiple languages?
Yes. All clues and in-game information are available in Spanish and English. Our actors will adapt the experience to either language as needed.
Is the game suitable for pregnant participants?
For pregnant players or those with reduced mobility, we recommend “Cold Shower” or “Takeover”, as these don’t require physical effort to enjoy the full experience. If your entire group has mobility limitations, please call us before booking so we can help you choose the right game.
Is it suitable for people with claustrophobia?
If you’re claustrophobic, we suggest playing “Takeover” or “Cold Shower”, which are the games with the most spacious rooms.
BOOKINGS
Do we need to pay in advance?
You have two options: Pay the full amount online—safe and secure. Pay a deposit online by card and the remaining balance in cash at the venue. Payments are made per group, not per player.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can change the date and time of your game or place your reservation on hold indefinitely, but you must notify us of the change at least 24 hours before the reservation time. If you change your reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice, a surcharge (€60) will be applied to cover administrative costs. If you wish to cancel the reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit (€60) will be forfeited. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
If you have paid the full amount and a player does not show up, the portion corresponding to that player will not be refunded.
Can we add players to an existing booking?
Yes. If the booking is fully paid, you can add more players up to a maximum of 8 per team. Additional players can pay their entry in cash upon arrival. If you only paid a deposit, the number of players can be confirmed and paid for in cash on the day of the game.
Reservation Hours
Our regular hours are Wednesday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:45 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 9:45 PM. During these hours, you can book through our website at any time with no minimum advance notice required. For reservations outside these hours, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How many people can play at once?
Up to 24 players every 75 minutes. Our prison features 3 games running simultaneously, each with a maximum of 8 players. If your group is larger than 24, you can book multiple back-to-back sessions. Feel free to contact us directly and we’ll help you plan the best setup.
What are the payment options?
Online payment or cash on site. If you’re booking on behalf of a company, you can pay online or via bank transfer by contacting us directly. An invoice can be provided upon request.
